Windsor principal, canned for questioning BLM, files injunction against school board - Vermont Standard

Tiffany Riley, Windsor School principal who was suspended from her duties after she publicly questioned aspects of Black Lives Matter, has filed for an injunction to prevent the school board from taking any additional actions while her case is being litigated.

“In the motion for injunction, Riley’s attorney William Meub argued that Riley will be “irreparably harmed if the (School Board members) are able to require that (Riley) appear at meetings and/or otherwise engage in the process under (the legal statute) at this time, which is a sham.” Meub, in the motion, said Riley has effectively, though not officially, been terminated as principal. The board recently appointed an interim principal."

So much for a Democracy where freedom of speech is put ahead of all other inalienable rights.
