Winooski gets dumbed on again. First the noise and air pollution of the F35 and now a self inflicted wound of cannabis retail stores. The poor immigrant towns always get screwed. Studies show that where retail stores reside corresponds to huge increase of pot addiction within the town residents. When that happens people will avoid the town and restaurants and businesses will close. A ghetto in the making. To bad because this is a proud city of hard working people
