Vermont must be doing something right to reduce carbon emissions - they’re going down, according to a report issued last month. Why are we making progress, and can it be repeated without new onerous legislation to tax carbon and give activist lawyers the right to sue the State for non hitting stringent goals?
"For the first time in several years, Vermont has recorded a net loss in annual greenhouse gas emissions and is projected to continue seeing annual losses, according to a January report from the Dept. of Environmental Conservation (DEC).
