Town of Stamford suing Scott over emergency measures - VPR

The tiny town of Stamford on the Massachusetts border says state law gives towns the right to overrule the governor’s emergency orders. The guv’s lawyer says that’s not so. Who’s right?

"In Bennington County, near the Massachusetts border, the small town of Stamford has pushed back, and on Tuesday, the select board took their most drastic step yet — voting to sue the state over the public health restrictions."
