Is it legal in Burlington for people to “camp out” on city property, in particular, the “City Hall Park”? If not, they should be given an ultimatum, 15 minutes to clear out, or be arrested. Those that do not take advantage of the offer which have Ids that show they crossed state lines to “protest” here, should be arrested, and charged with crossing state lines to incite a riot.
