New income guidelines released for free and reduced-price meals – Vermont Business Magazine

The Vermont Agency of Education Child Nutrition Programs announced today its policy for free or reduced-price meals for children.

“These meals are provided to children under the National School Lunch Program (NSLP)the School Breakfast Program (SBP), the NSLP Afterschool Snack Service, and the Child and Adult Care Food Program. The income guidelines are effective from July 1, 2019, through June 30, 2020. The following household size and income guidelines will be used to determine eligibility…”.”
