"Vermont's restaurants and bars can reopen inside seating but only at 25 percent of the legal capacity. Also, there must be distance between tables, customers must call ahead, and disposable menus are required. Municipalities are also able to pass stricter guidelines for their own town. New lodging guidance also takes effect Monday. Governor Scott says lodging, campgrounds and other accommodations may book up to 50 percent of capacity or a total of 25 guests and staff on property, whichever is greater, to help smaller lodging properties reopen. We're told standalone cabins, cottages, and short-term rentals are excluded.”
