Despite upheaval in the middle East, Gasoline prices are stable in New England. Vermont went up slightly last week, Gas Buddy reports. Are we looking at an extended period of stable, sustainably priced gasoline? And if so will that make a transportation carbon tax less likely - or more?
"Nationally, the average price of gasoline fell 2 cents per gallon in the last week, averaging $2.63. The national average has risen more than 6 cents per gallon in the last month, but is still 25 cents per gallon lower than a year ago."
