Proposed rule: VT hunters may take four deer per year - Associated Press

A proposed change to deer hunting rules would allow hunters to take up to four deer per year - but only one buck. 

"Vermont Fish & Wildlife Commissioner Louis Porter says the changes will yield more control over the state’s deer population, which has been surging in some areas and declining in others."
