Burlington police chief quits over “unconscionable” defunding - WCAX

Chief Morrison, thank you for your service. This is a sad commentary on the state of the opinion of law enforcement in today’s mixed up perceived idea of right and wrong. While it is never okay for police to overreach or in any way abuse the authority that they have been delegated, to portray those that do as being anything but an infinitesimal minority and tar all with the same brush is indefensible. As with all bad actors those responsible, and only those responsible, should be held to account for their actions.
