Brattleboro town offices to open Monday - Brattleboro Reformer

The library, the Town Office and other town buildings will reopen Monday. Safety precautions will be observed - minimal staffing, and the library bathroom will be closed to the public.

""The Municipal Center is being cleaned daily with extra attention being paid to the bathrooms, doorknobs, counters, and other frequently touched surfaces," he said. "More rigorous cleaning procedures were implemented at all town facilities a couple of months ago based on the advice from public health experts. Those procedures have been maintained straight through our closed period because there have been days when more than one employee was in each building." Gov. Phil Scott has started allowing offices and businesses to reopen in different phases. In one of his regular COVID-19 email updates on Wednesday, Elwell explained how the town will be expected to function upon reopening next week."
