The scientists insist the Catamount is a relic of Vermont's past. But many Vermonters insist they are still here.

"Facebookers reported seeing the creature in Belmont, Greensboro, Starksboro and Brighton, among others. The time period ranged across the decades: 1990, 2005, 2010, the 1980's, last summer.
